Thank you for shopping at Wigcapitol! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be unworn, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the return.

 

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow 2-3 business days for the inspection process to be completed. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return.

 

• Store Credit: Upon successful inspection, the return amount will be credited to your Wigcapitol Gift Card. This can be use towards your next purchase. Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method  and retaining your tracking information until your return is processed. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.  
  
  

To initiate a return, please contact us at Wigcapitol@stylyvanni.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item in its original condition. We will then provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not ship the item back without prior confirmation e-mail.
